How aligning mobilisation to the construction programme avoided idle labour.
The challenge
The contractor needed structural crews quickly but could not carry finishing trades on site until floors were ready.
Our approach
We planned mobilisation in phases with the contractor’s planners, releasing trades against programme milestones.
Results
Crews arrived as work fronts opened, reducing idle time and keeping the programme on track. (Demonstration content.)
